Giovanna has vivid memories of watching her grandfather make traditional ice cream, adding gallons of cream and sugar to huge vats in his factory in Hyndland St, Partick. Summers spent with her Italian grandparents on their land in Southern Italy.
Since those days she has travelled extensively, bringing influences from every market visited and every dish sampled to the food here at Eusebi Deli.
