This autumn join us for a special evening which celebrates the finest local Scottish produce combined with traditional Italian cooking with a delectable four course tasting menu at our Wild Game Night on Wednesday 8th of November.

This unique dining experience will allow you to sample a selection of exquisite game meats including pigeon, boar and venison from our lovingly crafted tasting menu. Enhance your experience by adding our wine pairings which have been hand selected for each course to enhance the flavour of each meat.

This is the perfect evening to celebrate a fusion of Scottish produce and Italian cooking with friends, family and loved ones. As ever, spaces are limited so book now to avoid disappointment.

 

Tasting Menu

Pigeon, pistachio and lardo terrine, mostarda, game chips.

Wild boar ravioli, Porcini foam.

Venison loin and venison pithivier, white turnip and truffle purée, foraged mushroom, cavolo nero, cocoa nib sauce.

Marsala zabaglione, apple and nutmeg compote, brown butter biscuit
